Hey all... Just an adrenaline post really... A mate just posted the final lap of this superbikes race on my face space wall that i thought i would share for those who are keen on racing... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MjePvNcu8n4

Watching good, tight, fast paced and daring racing always seems to send tingles down my spine... I love it! And now, after watching that, it's put me in the mood... I'm off for a good old fashioned hoon around town and down some back roads while there's still daylight!

Thought i would share anyway :D Enjoy.

Dashy, I've got 0630AM PDT, just got done with my first batch of work, which usually pisses me off right at the start of the day, and now I'm having a BIG SMILE on my face, thanks for that awesome video. That final lap was just something for the books!!

@Sled,
Understand your point, yet trust you me, going on to the Nuerburgring, going the Nordschleife/Green Hell, you are racing and you will meet Soccer mom's and wannabe racing dads, not getting it, that their F'n mini van has nothing to do on this race track...... Going on the Track, put my mind at ease, that if I f up, than it was me overestimating my abilities, and no one else.

Why is it always Soccer mums? If i ever decide to have kids (and forfeit a shed full of Italian/European/Japanese Sportsbikes) then my kids will be going to the track, making my woman a "Track MILF"... Like the bird on the Twist of the wrist 2 dvd... It could be the leather, it could be the fact she's a woman on a sportsbike putting the knee down, but sweet Jesus, whatever it is, it gets thine juices flowing!

Mate I'm hanging for that to come out. I've got 'Faster' on my PC and Ipod which I've watched countless times.

Here's some more pics of me on the track for ya'll. Taken last Saturday at Phillip Island.

:( I just want one track day. This is your second since Phillip island! I am jealous... I'm not normally a Busa fan, but i like what you've done with yours mate. Pipe looks pretty damn good, and the black bike with the tinted visor looks sex... Btw, how much did your Dainese, Dianese, however the fuck you spell it... How much did they cost? 1 or 2 piece suit? After i get my bike serviced... 24,000km service, so valve clearances etc AND I'll be up for new chain and sprockets (going to be a big one :( ) I want to go get some better gear and am looking at an AGV helmet and at least a leather jacket is all...

@Sled - CSS most definitely. I already knew most of the theory behind CSS but it was great to just focus on the drills for a day
and have an assigned coach to talk to after each session. This'll sound strange (to some) but I actually got alot quicker by slowing
down. Smooooth and consistent is the key!!!! I'm looking at doing 2 more track days by end of year and early next year I hope to
have a dedicated track bike and continue through all the css levels. - I'm addicted!!!!

@Dashy - Cheers for the comments on the Bike. It's no ordinary hayabusa though. The leathers are a Dainese 1 piece (not sure what model)
and they were ridiculously priced!!! Out of all the gear that I've got (and I've got a heap) these are damn good investment for the
$104 I paid for them. Yes you read correctly. One hundred and Four dollars.

O_o how? So. Cheap???

Im thinking shady back alley dealings under a flickering street light, where 2 brief cases were exchanged and no words were spoken?

Something kind of like that. Try an x-wife who was getting rid of her husbands bike gear without actually telling him. She also gave me a Shoei Helmet and Dainese spine protector.
To quote her words "He didn't pick them up when he was supposed to, so I'm getting rid of it. I want all this shit out of my house".
