I think my next mod will be the can. I like the smooth sound of the stock one, but when its fully run in, I think I'll go for something a bit more throaty. After that, lift up the back end with longer struts, then basic stuff like removing the stock rear mud guard arrangement, mini indicators, led rear light, braided hoses. Have to see how the funds pan out after that cos I think a new can will be a bit on the expensive side.

The Yoshi TRC carbon, if you can fork the cash... found mine on Ebay for $250 in the US... Had to wait FOREVER!!! (about 2 months, but one finally popped up!) the part where it connects to the header (just behind the cat) had a small ding, just rounded it out with a piece of plumbing pipe.
Took about 30 minutes to install - as far as the sound goes - I think it's the sh*t! Especially if you like the stock exhaust! It's several decibels louder, not enough to be obnoxious, but people WILL NOTICE YOU!!!
Hell, I didn't even notice how throaty it was until I put this pipe on it - I mean, my friend has an R1 (trying to return to Yammy under lemon law) and soundwise - well, you can tell that he runs a liter bike - as well as the fact that nothing sounds like these new R1's...
Liter bikes are just gonna be throatier at the line. However once you hit 5k+ (on the tach) - CHUBS just sounds MEAN [deeper than a lot of r6's (the bike of choice around here) that I've seen bopping around here] !!!
The pipe has a great resonance when back-throttling and sounds downright evil going through downtown areas where the sound can resonate!
It'll also lighten your gross weight by about 15 pounds!!! That stock can is HEAVY - I swear it had me riding crooked, felt like the damn bike was unbalanced!!! I've had this pipe since 7000 miles on CHUBS (her nickname)...
She's at 16k now - still runs and sounds fantastic! LOVE MY HALF-A-BUSA!!!
