I've had mine a little more than a month and done 1500 miles. Maybe we should factor the time in, as in, how many miles/month have you put on it since you've had it? Cause, well, obviously if we ride the same and you've had it longer you'll have more miles on it.

TorqueDude,
I mainly asked this question to find out overall miles on our bikes and not really who rides the most. But anyone feel free to offer whatever info they care to give.

Hughs -- wow, 1000/week -- good for you!
I've had mine since May and just rolled over to 5500 miles. Bought it as a commuter bike really, and so far (aside from vacations and times not going to the office) I've only missed 2 days and those where when Hurrican IKE hit Houston.
I see on average of about 1000miles a month give or take. I'd go out on weekends, but for some strange reason my wife and kids think that I need to do stuff at home and with them rather than out having fun by myself or with cycle pals -- go figure!
Great bike so far. Exceeds my expectations in every way, given that I read a couple articles, sat on it a couple times and then just drove it away from the show room without it ever even being started up.
Highly recommend it to others: good weight, lots of torque and power, low maintenance, very comfortable. Basically rides like other bikes priced 1000's more and in some cases even better than them.

same with me dj2826 ... went looking for a Honda after years of various VT500s ... didnt like the Honda 08 range .. looked at other ranges and decided Suzuki GS500F was the nearest to my ideal spec .. went to a dealer who said the GS was obselete in the UK ... my boss mentioned the GSX as a well written up bike by critics ..
went to local Suzuki dealer and he had one in with £700 off price as it was already registered .. but had never been started or used !
sat on it, kicked the tyres and decided to buy it ... well pleased ...
Got mine June 24th and have just a little over 7,000 miles. Which is good compared to my two Hardly riding neighbors who have about 1, 500 miles on their bikes.
